Scottish Warehouse Cladding refurbishment

have developed a paint system to refurbish Plastisol coated cladding. The cladding is traditionally found on warehouse and retail store exteriors.

The Plastisol cladding is generally in reasonable structural condition. However, this method of cladding these types of properties was introduced over 30 years ago. So is not always aesthetically in the best condition. This is shown in the "before" picture (top).

In conjunction with a local coatings distributor, we have developed a cleaning and coating/paint process, to revitalize tired looking cladding.

The system consists of cleaning the substrate with an industrial detergent, applying one coat of a two pack base coat and two coats of satin finish top coat.

The finished result (bottom picture) is an up to date, professional satin finish. The colour choices are limitless, as any colour from the RAL index can be used.

• Client can choose any colour. This could tie in with your corporate identity.
• The finished product can be washed down, without causing damage to the paint system (mild detergents only).
• The system is a brush/roller application. So there is no possibility of over spray etc.
• If graffiti or accidental damage occurs. A simple repair can be carried out.
